Dream Salon Giveaway
Effective July 27, 2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1.Sponsor
The Dream Salon Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Buy-Rite Beauty ("Sponsor"), 1775 Benton Blvd Ste 108, Savannah, Georgia 31407.
2.Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3.Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on July 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 10, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4.How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the official entry page at dreamsalon.buyritebeauty.com and complete the entry form, providing all required information. Entry is free and no purchase is required. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside the Entry Period will be disqualified. Automated, robotic, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be void.
5.Prizes
Grand Prize (one winner): $1,000 off the winner's Dream Salon wish list, redeemable toward eligible products. Approximate retail value: $1,000.
Additional Prizes (five winners): a $250 Buy-Rite credit each, redeemable toward eligible products. Approximate retail value: $250 each.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $2,250.
All prizes are redeemable on eligible Buy-Rite Beauty and Pibbs Industries products only. Prizes apply to product purchase price only and do not apply to taxes, shipping, or handling. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with certain other offers or discounts. Prizes must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of winner notification or they are forfeited. No substitution of prizes is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6.Winner Selection and Notification
Six (6) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or about August 15, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
7.Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8.Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at buyritebeauty.com. By entering, entrants who elect to receive marketing communications consent to receive email and, where applicable, SMS messages from Sponsor; consent to marketing is not required to enter or win, and entrants may opt out at any time.
9.General Conditions and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical or network failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any and all liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
10.Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually and in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
11.Winners List
To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope after August 15, 2026 to: Buy-Rite Beauty, Attn: Dream Salon Giveaway, 1775 Benton Blvd Ste 108, Savannah, Georgia 31407.
